Megan Lasuzzo
I’m Megan, a brand and digital designer who blends creativity with strategy and just the right amount of data nerd energy. Over the past decade, I have redesigned websites, launched e-commerce stores, built brand identities, and led campaigns that get results while still feeling human. Outside of my design career, I run Adorabull Media LLC, where I manage Olive the Adorabull’s TikTok and Instagram. Content creation for Olive has taught me how to connect with audiences in fun, unexpected ways and keeps me on top of what people love to click, share, and laugh at.
Discover My Journey in Creative Design
What inspires me most about design is the balance between beauty and function. A strong visual identity should feel good to look at, but it should also guide people, spark emotion, and make choices easier. That balance is what I have chased my whole career. My work has spanned tech, e-commerce, beauty, and the arts, and each project has been a chance to learn something new about how people interact with design and how thoughtful details can transform an experience.
Early Days
I started my creative journey with an Associate’s Degree in Music, where I learned rhythm, discipline, and how to think in patterns. That foundation carried into my double major in Merchandising and Digital Retailing at the University of North Texas. Those years taught me how design connects with human behavior, why people buy, how they browse, and what makes them engage. Blending the artistry of music with the strategy of retail set me up to approach design in a way that is both creative and purposeful.
Professional Growth
As my career has grown, so has the scale of my work. I have redesigned websites that improved user experience and conversions, launched e-commerce stores that gross hundreds of thousands in sales, and directed creative campaigns across digital, print, and events. I have also experimented with AI assisted workflows to move projects faster without sacrificing creativity. Alongside my career, managing Adorabull Media LLC has given me another lens on creativity. Building Olive the Adorabull’s online community has taught me the ins and outs of influencer marketing, content strategy, and how to capture attention in just a few seconds. Together, these experiences have shaped me into a designer who cares as much about results as I do about ideas.
